Web conferencing at Princeton

Web-conferencing, video-conferencing, telecollaboration.

Curious about how to get started?

While some uses are satisfied by consumer-grade systems, such as Skype, sometimes you meed a more robust web-conferencing environment.

There are a few purpose-built rooms on campus, which are designed for web-conferencing, some of which are fee-based.

Media Services has a few portable options, for classrooms without suitable equipment. There is a charge for equipment rental and technician services.

In order to learn more, visit the Request Services page on the Media Services website.

Update: December 7th, 2015: OIT has signed an agreement with GoToMeeting. Kris Kauker will be your first point of contact with the new system.  He can be reached at 8-3195 or kkauker@princeton.edu.
