Microsoft Forms is online software for creating surveys, quizzes, and polls, available within Princeton’s Office 365 Suite (https://portal.office.com). Quickly build online forms with an intuitive builder and see the results as they come in. Forms can be shared within Office 365 Groups giving multiple people the ability to edit, modify, and view results. Results can be exported to Excel for analysis or viewed within Microsoft Forms.
Why Use Microsoft Forms?
- Microsoft Form is directly comparable to Google Forms. Both tools are very useful for a wide range of survey and quiz types. Microsoft Forms includes branching logic and exports by default to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Forms can be shared with others within Microsoft Office 365 groups.
- For more advanced features, such as customized distribution, anonymous response collection, and advanced branching, you might want to try Qualtrics.
